Servicing Pricing

Standard oil boiler service                       £86

Combi oil boiler service                             £86

Condensing oil boiler service                 £86       

Breakdown in addition to service        £40 per half hour

If there is no access to the boiler or it is unserviceable there will be a £45 charge

(Any parts required in addition to a service will be charged as extra)

Breakdown/Call out Labour Rates

Labour rate    (Mon-Fri  9.00am - 5.00pm)  £80 first hour, thereafter £45 per hour 

Labour rate     (Sat  9.00am - 12.00pm)         £80 first hour, thereafter £45 per hour 

Labour rate     (out of normal hours)            £110 first hour, thereafter £60 per hour 

We do not charge VAT.

A high percentage of boiler breakdowns can be repaired in the first hour.

Having your boiler serviced annually ensures it is operating efficiently and safely.
